Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
To start a return, please email me at juliaang3ll@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after I receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note: Custom or personalized items, as well as sale items, are not eligible for return.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
International Orders
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and will be collected upon delivery.
If we don’t currently ship to your country, please reach out to us via our contact page. We’d be happy to arrange shipping for you!
Lost or Delayed Packages
After your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are beyond my control. If your order is delayed, please refer to the tracking information first, then check with your local postal service. Feel free to reach out to me if you need assistance.
